We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative to manage hospital supply operations, documentation, and customer coordination professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the receiving of hospital supplies from warehouse/vendors.
- Ensure proper handover of medical supplies and equipment to the relevant hospital departments and stores.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock movements, challans, invoices, and supply documents.
- Submit invoices, delivery notes, GRNs, and other required documents to hospital administration and accounts departments.
- Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and recoveries from Institutions/clients/customers.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor supply status and ensure timely delivery according to hospital requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity and recovery reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hospital policies during supply and documentation processes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff, store personnel, and purchasing departments.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of invoices, stock handling, and documentation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Familiarity with hospital supply procedures will be preferred.
- Basic computer skills, especially in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Email handling and reporting
- Strong follow-up and recovery management skills.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or hospital supply operations will be an advantage.
